Rebecca Redfield
Senior Associate

Rebecca Redfield joined the healthcare team at .406 in 2023. In the fall of 2024, with the goal of embracing .406’s entrepreneurial DNA, Rebecca joined Trip Hofer at Redox (a .406 portfolio company) in a Chief of Staff role.
In this role, she works with all parts of the organization to help drive operational, financial, and growth efforts. While at Redox, Rebecca continues to support the .406 portfolio and healthcare investment team.
Before joining .406, Rebecca was an Investment Manager at Takeda Digital Ventures, a corporate venture fund within Takeda Pharmaceuticals. There she focused on tech-enabled services and spent time exploring how specialty care delivery models can be integrated with therapeutics to produce better outcomes and lower the cost of care.
Rebecca’s interest in healthcare began at Foundation Medicine where she first experienced the impact that innovation can have on patient lives. At Foundation, she specialized in cloud infrastructure optimization and coincidentally, spent a lot of time with CloudHealth, a former .406 portfolio company.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys dancing, yoga, and walking, running, and biking along the Charles. Additionally, she loves working with students and young professionals to introduce them to the endless opportunities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Rebecca received a BS in Finance and Business Analytics from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
