Esther Dominguez
General Counsel
Esther Dominguez has served as General Counsel at .406 since 2016. She has focused on advising high-growth companies and venture funds throughout her career.
Her goal is to collaborate with stakeholders to find strategic, creative solutions and deliver practical legal advice.
Prior to joining the .406 team, she served from 2011 to 2015 as General Counsel at Telerik, a leading provider of application development and digital experience technologies; during her time there, she established and built the legal function.
Esther spent the first part of her career as a corporate lawyer at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault. She received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Boston University. She lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband and has two children and two spoiled cats.
