Bob Darin

Bob Darin is a senior healthcare executive who has served as CEO, Chief Analytics Officer, and Chief Data Officer at national healthcare organizations. His experience spans managed care, pharmacy benefits management, hospitals, life sciences, and real-world evidence, with a focus on using data, analytics, and AI to improve health outcomes and business performance.

Most recently, Bob served as CEO of Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), a for-profit healthcare data and analytics company owned by 17 Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. He led its strategic transformation, expanded its relationships across the Blue system, and oversaw the development of a new product suite, including tools to assess and address the impact of AI-driven coding by provider systems.

Before joining BHI in 2022, Bob spent nine years at CVS Health, where he served as Senior Vice President and held the roles of Chief Analytics Officer and Chief Data Officer. He previously held executive positions at Cardinal Health, Bupa/Health Dialog, and HealthBenchmarks, Inc. (now part of IQVIA). He began his healthcare career at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Bob earned an MBA with honors in analytic finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in economics.
