Indico Data unveils cloud-native Guidewire ClaimCenter accelerator to power smarter claims decisions
BOSTON, April 29, 2025 – Indico Data, a Guidewire PartnerConnect Technology partner, announced that Indico Data’s new Ready for Guidewire validated accelerator is now available for ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud users in the Guidewire Marketplace.
Manual entry of claims and FNOL data into claims systems has traditionally been a bottleneck for teams, requiring hours of tedious work and introducing risk of human error. Indico Data solves this issue by automatically extracting data from incoming claims documents to create a First Notice of Loss (“FNOL”) and instantly populating ClaimCenter with the information needed to create or update a claim. This enables faster decisions on whether to pay, deny, or escalate a claim, reducing unnecessary payouts and improving operational efficiency.
Created for Guidewire customers—particularly mid-market and enterprise P&C insurers—the accelerator empowers claims teams to significantly cut processing times, reduce errors, and improve outcomes by delivering accurate, structured data at the moment it’s needed most.
Key benefits of the Indico Data ClaimCenter Accelerator include:
- Accelerated FNOL and claims intake: Eliminate manual entry with automated data population into ClaimCenter
- Improved accuracy: Reduce errors with high-quality, automated data extraction
- Faster decisions: Deliver actionable insights earlier in the process
- Enhanced customer experience: Speed up response times and build policyholder trust
- Better financial outcomes: Make more informed payout decisions to improve loss ratios
Indico Data’s AI solution handles any data type—structured, semi-structured, or unstructured—and processes claim documents regardless of layout, complexity, or language. The new accelerator is fully compatible with Guidewire Cloud environments and available now to all ClaimCenter customers.
“Efficient, accurate claims processing is a big driver of customer satisfaction and policy renewals, and insurers can no longer afford the inefficiencies of manual claims intake,” said Tom Wilde, CEO of Indico Data. “With the launch of our Guidewire ClaimCenter accelerator, we’re building on the success of our PolicyCenter integration to deliver even greater value across the policy and claims lifecycle. “
“Indico provides invaluable technology to help insurers expedite claims cycle times,” said Will Murphy, Vice President, Marketplace & Technology Alliances of Guidewire. “With Marketplace solutions like Indico’s ClaimCenter accelerator, Guidewire customers are able to take advantage of best in class solutions that extend their existing investment in Guidewire’s industry leading platform capabilities.”
This latest ClaimCenter accelerator adds to Indico Data’s expanding portfolio of insurance automation solutions and reinforces its commitment to helping carriers modernize through AI-powered claims acceleration.
