Wayspring Announces Leadership Promotions to Accelerate Growth and Excellence

Royston, who joined Wayspring in 2019, has demonstrated exceptional sales leadership and strategic vision throughout his tenure. He has played a key role in Wayspring’s expansion of its risk-based SUD Home model into four states over the last two years. As Chief Growth Officer, Royston will continue to steer Wayspring’s expansion strategies, foster new partnerships, and drive innovation. 

Deane’s promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer marks a significant milestone in her two-year journey with Wayspring. Her extensive experience in healthcare operations and human resources leadership has been instrumental in nurturing teams and optimizing performance to best serve our members. Deane’s ability to create scalable processes aligns seamlessly with Wayspring’s commitment to operational excellence. In her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Deane will elevate the organization’s workforce strategy, ensuring that Wayspring remains a magnet for top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Royston and Deane’s promotions are announced during a period of significant growth for Wayspring.
