AristaMD Appoints Allison Ginsberg as Senior Vice President, People

SAN DIEGO, CA – September 17, 2026 – AristaMD, the premier virtual-first
professional medical corporation providing white-labeled specialty care, today
announced the appointment of Allison Ginsberg as Senior Vice President, People. In
this newly created role, Ginsberg will lead the companys People strategy across every
function, from clinical teams to operations, engineering, and growth.
Ginsberg brings 25 years of experience building and leading People functions at
growing companies. She has run hiring, culture, and leadership development through
periods of rapid expansion, much of it in businesses where frontline teams define the
customer experience.

Ginsberg joins AristaMD from AssembleHR, where she served as Fractional Head of
People and advised growth-stage and mid-market organizations across retail, wellness,
education, and media. She spent five months advising AristaMD before taking the role.
During that time she worked with the leadership team on onboarding and laid the
groundwork for the company People strategy.

Before AssembleHR, Ginsberg was Vice President, Head of People at Glowbar, where
she helped scale the business from six to 17 locations and triple its headcount. Earlier
in her career she held senior People and Human Resources roles at Kate Spade, Tory
Burch, Tiffany & Co., Saks Fifth Avenue, and Prada USA Corp. She earned a B.S. from
the University of Florida.
