Randy was previously the founder and CEO of NewVantage Partners (NVP), a data and AI leadership advisory firm to Fortune 1000 clients founded in 2001. NVP was acquired by Paris-based global consultancy Wavestone in 2021, where he served as Innovation Fellow until January 2024.
